This is a specialized container designed for transporting and stacking broken, molded, or loose pieces (scraps) of marble and similar stone products, scrap iron, scrap plastic, scrap glass, and other materials generated during processing.
The trash container tilts and empties its load through a gear mechanism mounted underneath. Subsequently, as the bucket lightens, it returns to its original position with the mouth facing upwards due to the reverse movement of the mouth. A mechanism prevents the bucket from tipping over by keeping a sliding part attached to the arm. Pulling the handle releases the sliding part, causing the bucket to tip over. Chains are provided to prevent the bucket from falling off the chassis.
The container is designed with a balanced center of gravity, facilitating lifting and transportation operations. There is a socket at the back of the bucket for forklifts to lift. To empty the container, the operator pulls the handle attached to the sliding part of the bucket.
The container is painted with standard machine paint, but can also be additionally galvanized for a longer lifespan.
Technical Specifications:
Made from ST52 sheet metal with thicknesses of 2 and 3 mm.
30*30*2 mm square profiles are used for support.
The socket for forklift blades is made from 180 UPN and ST52 sheet metal.
80 UPN is used for the bucket's lower chassis.
The product is available with standard machine paint or electro-galvanized coating options.
