Stands For Slabs (Ss Bg-2500)

Our stand is designed and manufactured for the transportation, storage, and stacking of slabs made of marble, granite, or stone materials using a crane. To ensure stable and balanced lifting by the crane, ropes are passed through shafts welded to the bottom profiles, providing equal weight distribution to all ropes and thus achieving balanced transportation. It is durable, practical, and long-lasting. The advantage of angled profiles on the top is to prevent the slabs from tipping over and slipping during placement and transportation. Being double-sided allows for more slabs to be placed and transported.

Technical Specifications:
Manufactured using 160 IPN and 100 UPN profiles.
ST52 steel plate and cold-drawn flat are used in the slab support sections.
The section where the crane ropes pass is made of axon shafts and ST52 steel plate.
Profiles are continuously welded.
The crane ropes can be passed through the shafts under the stand for safe and balanced lifting and transportation.
The slab support part is designed and manufactured angled to prevent slabs from tipping over.
The product is painted with standard primer and standard machinery paint; however, galvanization can be applied for longer durability if desired.
